To keep your equipment running smoothly all year round, we offer our clients preventative maintenance, where we check the overall operation of your units at regular intervals to ensure breakdowns are kept to a minimum. These packages can be tailored to meet every customers requirement incl. Computer Rooms, Restaurants, Offices, Hotels, Shops, etc. Maintenance to air conditioning is recommended by all manufacturers to prevent non-operation of the equipment and to maximise its full working performance, which allows for an efficient trouble free operation.

For a small maintenance fee it prolongs the life of unit considerably by which cutting overall expenditure, ie : breakdowns, replacement parts etc.

A maintenance visit will include the following:
  1. CURRENT READINGS: These readings will be taken to foresee any inaccuracies i.e. Overcurrent of compressor pot due to lack of refrigerant. Overcurrent dueto bearing failure. Both of the above examples would lead to the replacement of the compressor and subsequent unit shutdown.

  2. FILTER CHANGE: A dirty filter will cause the unit to run at high discharge pressure, and subsequently cause efficiency problems and water damage to surroundings. (To be carried out by Management staff).

  3. PRESSURE READINGS: Due to the refrigerating effect of the air conditioners, it is important to record the system pressures, as refrigerant charge is critical. Any slight loss will cause ice up on the evaporator which will cause blockage of fresh air supply into space area straining supply to the fan motor and ancillary equipment. All systems to be leak tested as per Fgas regulations.

  4. REPORT: A Provision of a Full Maintenance report will be made on each visit.

  5. CALL OUT (24hrs): Once logged onto the maintenance schedule the site is issued with a twenty four hour, seven day a week call out telephone number giving peace of mind to customers especially for critical sites ie; Computer rooms etc.

  6. DISCOUNT: An entitlement of a 10% discount on all parts required. Plus a 10% discount on any work carried out not included in the contract.

  7. PARTS: Our company has parts agreements with the following brand manufacturers, Carrier, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Sanyo, York, Sharp, Airwell, Argo, Hitachi, LG, Toshiba, Whirlpool, Emmeti, Lennox, Daikin, and Fujitsu. These agreements allow our engineering department to locate parts quickly and hence reduce significantly service down time on the above-specified equipment.
